1. 30-Day Free Return & Exchange Policy:

2. One-Year Warranty:

We stand behind the quality of our products. All products purchased from AWESAFE come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects but does not cover damages due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

How to Claim the Warranty:

Contact our customer service team and provide details of the issue, along with proof of purchase.
Our team will review your claim. If approved, you may be asked to send the product back for further inspection or receive instructions for repair or replacement.

Shipping fees for returning an item will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
