2. One-Year Warranty:
We stand behind the quality of our products. All products purchased from AWESAFE come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects but does not cover damages due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. How to Claim the Warranty:
Contact our customer service team and provide details of the issue, along with proof of purchase.
Our team will review your claim. If approved, you may be asked to send the product back for further inspection or receive instructions for repair or replacement.
Note:
Shipping fees for returning an item will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange request if the item(s) have been significantly used, altered, or damaged beyond normal use.
We appreciate your business and are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our warranty policy, please feel free to contact our customer service team support@awesafeinc.com.
What the warranty covers
- Term: one year from the date of delivery, on the head unit.
- Covers: manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal use.
- Does not cover: physical damage, water damage, incorrect installation, unauthorised repair or modification, and normal wear on consumable parts.
How to make a claim
- Email support@awesafeinc.com with your order number and the vehicle it was installed in.
- Describe the fault and attach a short video showing it — a video is the fastest way for our engineers to identify the cause.
- We will reply with either a troubleshooting step, a replacement part, or a return instruction.
Before you claim: 3 things worth checking
- No sound, or only some speakers: this is usually a factory amplifier that needs an adapter harness — not a faulty radio. Tell us your vehicle and speakers.
- Steering wheel buttons or chimes stopped working: re-seat the CAN bus decoder and confirm the vehicle profile.
- Reverse camera shows a black screen: switch the camera input type (AHD / CVBS) in the radio settings.
Our Customer FAQ covers these in detail — and if you are still stuck, one email with photos is usually enough for us to solve it.
